Dear Friend,
two months have passed since the 15th World Congress of Cryosurgery was successfully concluded in Saint Petersburg and already the current year is almost at its end. It is time for Season’s greetings.
First of all I’d like to once more express my whole-hearted thanks to all the delegates for coming from every quarter of the world and honour the Society with their participation. Not only with their vigorous, often challenging and always highly knowledgeable lectures, but also with their untiring enthusiasm all equally contributed to our common aim to consolidate and expand cryosurgery ever further.
To those who for many different reasons could not make it this time I’d like to repeat my regret for their absence and to assure them that they were sorely missed.
I can proudly state that the ISC Congress had a very high scientific profile and represented a further significant step towards our common aim, i.e. to contribute to the wellness of people. It also gave the Cryosurgery Community the chance to meet again and strengthen our friendship.
To all of you go my best wishes for a fruitful and serene new year as well as my fervent hope to have you with us in 2011 during the 16th World Congress of Cryosurgery that will take place in the unique and beautiful Italian city of Venice.
Meanwhile, keep up the good work and so long!
Sincerely,
Franco Lugnani MD
President of ISC
XVth WORLD CONGRESS OF CRYOSURGERY
